Comments on Small Vessel General Permit for Discharges Incidental to the Normal Operation of Vessels Less Than 79 Feet
The comment period for the draft permit ended today Feb. 21st. We are currently covered under a legislative exemption that ends December 19, 2013. SEAFA helped draft UFA’s comments and submitted these comments for SEAFA. sVGP draft comments 2.20.12
